• Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
• Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly through Isaac Beats.
• Certain items, such as digital downloads, opened software, or customized products, may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

• Step 2: Once we approve your return request, we will arrange for the collection of the item(s) from your location.
• Step 3: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

3. Refund Process

• If your return is approved, we will refund the amount in the form of cash at the time of pickup.
• Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.
