3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer cash on delivery as our only payment method. When your order arrives, you will pay the total amount in cash to the courier.
• Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and provide payment.

4. Delivery Timeframe

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within  1-3 business days.
• Delivery times may vary based on your location, but typically range between 3-7 business days.
• We will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

5. Failed Deliveries

• If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability to receive the package, we will contact you to reschedule delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged or gets lost during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund in case of loss or damage.
